1. CATERING COMPANY
ORGANIZING EVENTS with OPEN-LIVE MOBILE KITCHEN
For your enjoyment, we organize parties ranging from garden parties to corporate events, holiday parks, or the beach.
Our Mobile Open-Live Kitchen can be placed anywhere: in your backyard, in an office building or event venue, in the backyard of any company, next to a restaurant or hotel, at a holiday park, or on the beach.
Our mobile kitchen with an open layout has everything you need to cook live.
We can cook using electricity, gas, or barbecue (BBQ) on wood.
The choice is yours.
We can cook Oriental, Italian, French... any international menu with all dishes.
The price is 500 euros per day + 3 Independent Chefs.
The hourly rate for each Self-Employed Chef is 40 euros/hour, excluding VAT, with a minimum of 6 hours worked, 0.3 euros/km, excluding VAT.
The power supply is always provided by you as the employer.
When we compose your menu, you are required to pay 50% of the total cost of the event in advance.
Payment must be made no earlier than at least 7 days before the start date of the event.
If you cancel the event, the 50% deposit you paid will not be refunded to you.

3. COOKING AS ADVERTISING FOR STORES
We are happy to help all shops grow by cooking with their ingredients.
We prepare all the ingredients sold in the shop ourselves, so that guests can taste the true quality of the shop's offerings.
To achieve the highest possible turnover and attract customers of all nationalities, we would like to collaborate with you, especially on busy days, by bringing a Mobile Open Kitchen – Live Cooking – to your location.

The parties, self-employed person Ginel-Eduard Angan, and the Client……., have agreed to cooperate for a period of:
6 months, at least 3 working days/week, at least 6 hours/day
1 year, at least 3 working days/week, at least 6 hours/day

3 years, at least 3 working days/week, at least 6 hours/day

Prices/ZZP-er and /km...
The invoice will be sent every month, last day of the month.
Up to 2 days (48 hours) before the working day it is considered urgent and the charge is 3 euros extra/hour.
For example: the job is normally 35 euros/hour.
Urgent is 38 euros/hour.
If one or more ZZP-ers have been asked to work and ultimately it is no longer necessary to work 1 or more days, you as Employer must send an email at least 7 days in advance to: 8elrona@gmail.com and explain why it is no longer necessary.
After that, the work/shift, by a confirmation to you, will be canceled free of charge.
If the worked day or days are canceled less than 7 days in advance, you as the Client must pay Aerodrome Events 6 hours for each canceled day.
Example:40 euros/hour x 6 hours = 240 euros/canceled day
If both parties no longer wish to collaborate, the party terminating the collaboration must notify the other party in writing.
This way the end of the contract shall have no consequences.
The party terminating the collaboration without previous notification is obliged to pay the collaborating party the full amount until the end of the contract.
The cooperation between both parties is based on normal behavior and respect.
Arrogance or comparisons of any kind will not be tolerated and anything that needs to be discussed will be discussed directly.
Provocations of any kind in order to induce termination of the contract by either party will not be accepted, but punished the victim side can ask double the amount until the end of the contract.
Both contracting parties must be at least 18 years of age to be considered an adult partnership between the contracting parties.
Both parties have read, understood, agree and follow what is written in the contract!
