COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN SELF-EMPLOYED AGENCY AND EMPLOYER (This is a model-The contract shall be based on the negociating requests on both sides)

The parties, self-employed person Ginel-Eduard Angan, and the Client……., have agreed to cooperate for a period of:

     1 month    

     3 months

     6 months    

     1 year    

     2 years      

     3 years

     5 years

The invoice will be sent every month, last day of the month.

Up to 2 days (48 hours) before the working day it is considered urgent and the charge is 3 euros extra/hour.
For example: the job is normally 35 euros/hour.
Urgent is 38 euros/hour.

If one or more ZZP-ers have been asked to work and ultimately it is no longer necessary to work 1 or more days, you as Employer must send an email at least 7 days in advance to: 8elrona@gmail.com and explain why it is no longer necessary.
After that, the work/shift, by a confirmation to you, will be cancelled free of charge.

If the worked day or days are cancelled less than 7 days in advance, you as the Client must pay ELRONA 6 hours for each cancelled day.
Example:35 euros/hour x 6 hours = 210 euro/cancelled day

If both parties no longer wish to collaborate, the party terminating the collaboration must notify the other party in writing.

This way the end of the contract shall have no consequences.

The party terminating the collaboration without previous notification is obliged to pay the collaborating party the full amount until the end of the contract.

The cooperation between both parties is based on normal behavior and respect.

Arrogance or comparisons of any kind will not be tolerated and anything that needs to be discussed will be discussed directly.

Provocations of any kindin order to induce termination of the contract by either party will not be accepted, but punished the victim side can ask double the amount till the end of the contract.

Both contracting parties must be at least 18 years of age to be considered an adult partnership between the contracting parties.
